Everyone has their own personal taste – be it clothes, interiors or music. British popette Natasha Bedingfield obviously has quite a few fans but it’s  not her mainstream music that’s caught mydeco’s attention – it’s her new multi-million dollar house instead.

Located in Los Angeles, the songstress and her new filmmaker husband Matt Robinson have bought a modern villa for £14 million. Hidden wihin the gated confines of Laughlin Park, it has all the showbiz-essentials such as a media room, gym, spa, pool (it’s L.A. baby) and multi-car garage. It also has four spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms so we’re guessing the Bedingfield-Robinson’s may want to extend the family to fill it up…

We certainly can’t fault her interior taste. The house is immaculately furnished with elegant walnut and muted hues throughout as well as limestone flooring – very tasteful. Both living rooms plus media room have huge, comfy sofa’s and Dwell’s Cuba leather two seater sofa (£695), below, is a very similar to her leather one.  Steal her living room style further with a Moulin Noir marble coffee table (£365) from DC Place and the Stockley brass lamp base (£80) with dark drum shade from Lombok.

The rest of the spacious house is very beige and honey-coloured. After taking a sneaky peek round Alexander’s McQueen’s old pad one would think that money can’t buy colour…

The Bedingfield’s also have a 400 square meter detached guest house. If they plan on renting it out we’ll be the first for a nose round!

If you are as curious as us, take a peek round the houses that Sienna Miller and Elle Macpherson’s have put up for sale. For some extra-chic glamour join mydeco on our tour of Coco Chanel’s Parisian apartment.
